continuing my recent theme of multimedia trivia, the moustached biker lady is back! yes, aunty jack is touring australia nationally in april, along with thin arthur and who knows who else.
at the tour website you can download a video snippet of the hit single "farewell aunty jack". of course, I have the 45 rpm picture disk at home as well as the aunty jack vinyl 33, with such classics as "I've been every where man, I've been to Woollongong, Woollongong, Woollongong, Woollongong, Woollongong, Woollongong, Woollongong, Woollongong, Woollongong, etc", the Farrelly Brothers, and Norman Gunston singing "Woollongong the Brave".
such nostalgia. bring it on, me little luvlies!
Hey, I've got the picture disk too. I played it recently and was woefully disappointed. I'd forgotten how poor the sound quality of 45RPM vinyls was.

Love the B-side. "Doin' doin' doin' the Aunty Jack - rip your arms off..."
