not random at all. maddy and I have an ongoing tussle about 'random'. she's allowed to say that things are 'random' but dad isn't (even if her things really aren't random and mine are!)
urgh. have been crook on and off all week. been to work twice this week and came home early and gone to bed. not a good sign with a REALLY busy few weeks ahead...
one of my study subjects is in so deep a hole that I might have to bail out. If it was a essay I'd fudge it, but its a multimedia project and I havent had the squillion hours needed to get it off the ground.
we (well I) are madly getting plans and promotion together for the upcoming synod. all rather crazy. this was supposed to be the job that got me out of the 'events' treadmill.... yeah, well...
I'm going for inspirational rather than informational this year... eg... (these are drafts...) bear in mind that synod is mainly over 50's...
Hi Craig. I like'em. Clean, neat and yet a wee bit edgy.
The only thing that struck me was the same thing that struck me about some of the Vic Synod PR -- mono-ethnicity. We were constantly naming the UCA as a multi-cultural church, but it didn't reflect in our choice of 'talent' for the photography. The hands and the girl could be interpreted as non-anglo, but not the other two.
Other than that, I like it muchly. Blessings on your quick healing.

thanks Blair.
actually thats not all of the postcards.
we have some Aboriginal folk too and seeking approvals.
and i have to say that sourcing good, inexpensive, multi-cultural pix is a nightmare.
try it sometime...
