random question #227 - If the words to the song "Happy Birthday" were copyright, could you legally sing them in a public place in Australia?

"Achieving a just and secure society"... he should read Karen Lebacqz's "Six Theories of Justice" to work out what kind of justice he is talking about... when did fairness or equity get replaced with security? well we know when... there most be something interesting here about leadership that plays upon fear and the failure to build virtue.)
which begs another question... should it be illegal for massed school childrens' choirs to sing John Farnham's "That's Freedom" to a paying audience.....
