that day

had a decade-type birthday yesterday. you can guess which one. there's no way I'm that old, even if i look it! at least a number of people said that they thought i was younger than that. clearly not coping well with aging here... went to Brisbane to visit the family and had lunch with a few friends up there, then the Melbourne for a training event and caught up with a couple of folks 'out east' (apologies to those I didnt get to see), then dinner with the family last night and a BBQ in a local park with some local friends on Saturday. perhaps stringing it out over a week will make it hit home!

waiting to see if the family try to embarrass me tomorrow with photos & video...
