well i've got the snow leopard disk in the drive and about to install it and then see there's an 'optional' install for Quicktime 7, which I already have. so i decide to go and see what changes with Quicktime X, since Quicktime is the heart of my video editing...
have a read of this....
ars technica reviewwell I'm proceeding, but nervously.....
(the iphone is killing me.cannot believe what it does compared to my old palm treo - and what it doesnt do in some respects)... but i'm guessing that a small mac touchscreen tablet will do the trick soon....
heh - you're going to want to install that Quicktime 7 Craig... Quicktime X is not 'really' the same.
Quicktime 7 gets put in Utilities though, so don't worry about it conflicting.
