since i'm on a food roll, here's what we did sunday night...
prawns wrapped in proscuitto, baked cherry tomatoes, basil, gruyere cheese on a pesto base.
moroccan chicken, roasted capsicum, semi-dried figs, toasted almonds, mozarella, coriander. served with a dollop of yoghurt.
smoked bacon, chorizo, mushrooms, olives and (GASP) pineapple with parmesan.
