I'm sorry. How am I still posting about food?? Two pizzas from Christmas lunch leftovers, today, thanks to Theo's pizza book.
Here's the turkey and cranberry sauce pizza with mozarella, red currants and parsley. It was supposed to have brie on top but there weren't any leftovers...This has a cranberry sauce base - no tomato. I'm already thinking of next year's version! Really nice.
The second was a roast pork pizza. An apple sauce base, mozarella, our hickory-smoked BBQ pork, chopped leek, garlic, thinly sliced potato, rosemary, parmesan, topped afterwards with dollops of sour cream and apple sauce. fabulous.
