Lettuce, radicchio, red capsicum, cherry tomatoes, chicken schnitzel strips, chilli mettwurst, polenta crisps, balsamic vinegar, parmesan, and a salad dressing (not pictured) of lemon juice, garlic, yoghurt, anchovies, basil, grana padano and other stuff...
