Kylie Kwong's red duck curry, well actually, a combination of two of her recipes. Duck served with shitake and enoki mushrooms and dried figs, spring onions, lime. On the side is shaved, pickled zucchini (this was a winner with the daughter who dislikes zucchini), rice and szechuan pepper+salt. Combining the two recipes caused a bit of a crash of flavours, but overall quite tasty and I'll simplify next time!
