Yes I'm cooking my way through the holidays. Loving it. I'm about to go away for a few days so this afternoon I made a couple of meals for the family - the Mitchell Sausage Special and the filling for some chicken and vegetable pot pies. We've also stewed plums from our tree.
This is a tagine with sauted onion, ginger and turmeric slices, chicken in moroccan spices, sweet potato, fresh peaches from our tree, lemon slices, drizzled honey, sliced chilli, coriander, and some chicken stock from the pie filling. Photo is prior to the cooking process. Served up with couscous with pomegranate seeds and pine nuts.
