We've had a heatwave here - trying to keep the garden alive. The thing that has thrived is the Red Aztec Corn. Can't wait to see how it looks!
The ChefAlarm thermometer from ThermoWorks was a belated Christmas present that just arrived in the mail. Apparently its a BBQers' dream. I tried it out yesterday. I have a bit to figure out about how to work it. You will get the idea from the photo that it is a probe to put inside the meat while it is cooking... (They also make a very expensive version with 2 probes that interacts with an app on your iPhone....) BTW the roast lamb was great. Thanks for asking.
